Create the JARIA Module

Important

In order to create the JARIA module, the Speech SDK needs to be installed first.

You can install the Speech SDK through the Creator Panel, located inside the configuration section.

After the installation you must assign the new JARIA module in the project settings.

Neuromonitoring Scene

JARIA agents can be used after the module is included as an extra module inside of Creator HUB (or from the panel advanced settings). This is already done for the neuromonitoring sample.

Custom Project

  1. Open your Unity project and right click, from inside the modules folder, ORamaVR > JARIA > JARIAModule.

  1. The module includes some settings for the JARIA agents which must be defined:

  • Subs UI: The prefab that visualizes the user input subtitles.

  • Agents: The list of the agents inside the project.

Tip

An example of Subs UI can be found in the neuro sample, inside Samples > ORamaVR Creator - Core > version > Neuromonitoring Scene > Resources > Generic > Agent > UserSubs

  1. Open the Creator Panel and navigate to the Advanced Settings

  2. In the Extra Modules section, click on the plus button and find the “Embodiment” module. Make sure to click on the eye icon to show all of available options.
