Welcome to ORamaVR Creator documentation!

Introduction

ORamaVR Creator helps teams build immersive XR simulations for medical training, assessment, teaching, and treatment. Whether you are creating your first simulation or maintaining a full training catalog, Creator brings authoring, interaction, analytics, device support, and publishing workflows together inside Unity.

Creator is the evolution of MAGES SDK 5, with a modular architecture and guided editor workflows for building medical XR content faster.

Creator Overview

Creator is built around a set of focused modules:

  • Hub orchestrates module initialization and project-level settings.

  • Analytics captures performance, errors, objectives, and custom events.

  • Data Container stores structured runtime data through reusable schemas.

  • Device Manager connects Creator projects to supported input devices and XR setups.

  • Interaction provides the interactors, interactables, and UI interaction tools used in simulations.

  • Scenegraph is the authoring system for training scenarios and action flows.

  • Networking enables collaborative simulations.

  • JARIA provides AI-assisted development and documentation exploration.

Together, these modules provide a practical workflow for creating, testing, publishing, and assessing medical XR simulations.

Why Creator

  • Streamlines the process of creating high-quality medical XR simulations for training, assessment, teaching, and treatment.

  • Allows you to author, create, and update simulations with modern medical XR tooling in a fraction of the time and cost.

  • Provide accurate user task performance assessment, capable of reflecting the educational impact, enabling trainees to identify their missing skills and weaknesses and improve them.

  • Includes technology validated through multiple published clinical trials.
